The deadline to receive entry forms is March 20, 2024.

Please note a few corrections to the entry form:

There are new updated rules for fleece entries. We’re going to accept fleeces for judging and sale, as we’ve always done. But this year, we’re also going to accept fleeces that will be for sale, but not judged. Each farm will have a limit of 10 judged fleeces and 10 non-judged fleeces, so more opportunities to sell your wool!

There are new updated rules for fiber arts entries.

All items (fleeces, fiber arts, used equipment) must be received by 6:00 PM on Friday, April 5. (it says 9:00 PM on the entry form). If you can’t get to the fairgrounds by then, you need to contact us (shepherds.extravaganza@gmail.com) to make other arrangements.

We have loads of room for craft booths and fun classes you can take. You’ll find everything on the entry form. Fill it out and mail it to the address provided.
