Weave a Scarf on a Rigid Heddle Loom

Sunday, April 13, 1pm to 4pm
Instructor: Beth Lanning

In this class, we will demonstrate how to warp a loom. Each student will then finish warping their own loom and weave a scarf to take home.

While weaving, we’ll cover various techniques for different patterns and styles. Supplies and handouts will be provided.

Beth Lanning has been raising fiber animals for the past 10 years, including sheep, goats and alpacas. Having been a crafty person her whole life, fiber arts is her favorite! Raising sheep, shearing them and processing their fleeces all on her farm in Enumclaw, she has explored many areas of the fiber arts and weaving is one of her favorites.

Class Fee $30 Materials Fee $95
