
For the sale of fiber and sheep-related items. Raw fibers must not be sold from the craft booths. All fiber must be processed and packaged.
No livestock allowed in the booth area.
Tables must be attended during the Fair hours, especially through the close of the Fair on Sunday evening.
Priority will be given to new US produced products.
Check-in and set-up will begin Wednesday, the day before the fair opens, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m., and Thursday morning from 8 a.m. until noon. You may enter thru the service gate for setup.
Vehicles may enter the building to unload; you will have 20 minutes to complete this process. If you cannot comply with this time limit please park outside the building and use carts to haul in.
If you need power, bring your own cord and power strip.
Craft booths must be in place and staffed by Thursday 1 pm and for the duration of the fair.
Fair Hours are 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday, and 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday.
Craft booths must be open during fair hours. If you cannot be there, you are responsible for having someone there to tend your booth.
Removal of displays before 8 pm Sunday will result in the loss of future participation in the Shepherds’ Extravaganza.
No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds before 8 p.m. Sunday.

Remember to dress warmly, it can still be very cold in this building.
Gate passes will be mailed out in April before the show.
