2026 Used Equipment Rules

No entry fee is required.  The Shepherds Extravaganza will retain 10% of the selling price when item is sold.

Sales tax will be collected.

Sales will be handled at the Used Equipment Booth and payments to the consignors will be mailed in as timely a manner as possible after the show by the Shepherds’ Extravaganza Treasurer.

Large used equipment consignments must be in place before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.  Small items may be brought in throughout the event.  However it is best to bring most items at entry time on Friday before 5:00 PM for more opportunity to sell your items.  No items will be available for viewing or sold prior to the opening of the event Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Each consigned item will be identified by a form supplied by the Used Equipment Chairman upon arrival at the fair.  The consignor will fill out the form & list the price, name, address, & phone number where they can be reached during the fair.

All items must be in good working order or easily repairable and assembled.  Please do not bring items that are dirty or do not work.

All unsold items must be removed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Sunday.
