
For the sale of fiber and sheep-related items. Raw fibers must not be sold from the craft booths. All fiber must be processed and packaged.
Tables must be attended during the event hours, especially through the close of the event on Sunday afternoon.

Priority will be given to new US produced products.
Check-in and set-up will begin Friday, the day before the event opens, from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., and Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Vehicles may not enter the building to unload.
If you need power, bring your own cord and power strip.
Craft booths must be in place and staffed by Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Craft booths must be open during event hours. If you cannot be there, you are responsible for having someone there to tend your booth.
Removal of displays before 4 pm Sunday will result in the loss of future participation in the Shepherds’ Extravaganza.
