Used Equipment Rules

¨ No entry fee is required.  The Western Washington Sheep and Fleece Shows, Inc. will retain 10% of the selling price when item is sold.

¨ Sales tax will be collected.

¨ Sales will be handled at the Used Equipment Booth and payments to the consignors will be mailed in as timely a manner as possible after the show by the Shepherds’ Extravaganza Treasurer.

¨ Large used equipment consignments must be in place before noon on April 20th.  Small items may be brought in throughout the Fair.  However it is best to bring most items at entry time on Wednesday (6 pm) for more opportunity to sell your items.  No items will be sold prior to the opening of the fair,  2pm on Thursday.

¨ Each consigned item will be identified by a form supplied by the Used Equipment Chairman upon arrival at the fair.  The consignor will fill out the form & list the price, name, address, & phone number where they can be reached during the fair.

¨ All items must be in good working order or easily repairable and assembled.  Please no items that are dirty or just don’t work.

¨ All unsold items must be removed between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 23rd.
